You can also qualify for Free iCare Plus for iPhone when you opt-in for product and service updates as well as WhatsApp communication from iStore. After you've purchased your new iPhone, we will send you an email and text message with a link to register your new iCare Plus. The cover will be successfully activated once you have opted in to the relevant marketing communication and registered your iPhone(s). Once you've opted in, we'll confirm the activation of your Free iCare Plus for iPhone. You would need to register within 14 days of purchasing your new iPhone. You should also keep this email on hand in the event you need to make any claims. Should you decide to opt-out of iStore product and service updates and WhatsApp communication at any point during the 24 months of Free iCare Plus for iPhone coverage, your Free iCare Plus for iPhone will be deactivated and your free cover will no longer be valid.
We've worked to make this as easy as possible for you. We automatically register all iCare products for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch where it is purchased at the same time as your new product. After you've bought your new product, we will send you an email confirming the registration of the iCare product. Please keep this email on hand in the event you need to make any claims.
For Mac purchases, you will need to register the iCare yourself. You can do this simply by filling in the detail on the form https://i-care.co.za. Once done, we will send you an email confirming the registration of the iCare product. Please keep this email on hand in the event you need to make any claims.
Should anything happen to your product within the period which iCare covers you, you will need to book an appointment at your closest iStore or online to have your product reviewed. Please remember to include your iCare reference number when you make the booking.
Once it's been reviewed and the fault has been identified, your product will either be be repaired or replaced depending on the issue. For full terms and conditions related to your specific iCare product, please go to icare-terms-and-conditions
