How does it work?

iStore and FNB now give you the option of buying your Apple product with a reduced interest rate payment plan. After 12 or 24 months you’ll have the choice to trade in your product, which will offset your outstanding instalments and allow you to purchase a new product. Or you can continue to pay the monthly instalment until the end of the contract term.

Here's how it works:

Select your qualifying Apple product and head to your shopping cart.

Select FNB Budget Option in the payment section at checkout.

Select the payment term and input your South African ID number. Continue to pay using a qualifying FNB credit card.

Full amount of your purchase comes off your straight facility.

Purchase amount transferred on budget facilty within 3-5 working days.

11% interest rate is applied on monthly instalments.

Subscription to extend your warranty by an additional 12 months. This also includes 2 screen repairs for the subscription year, with a service fee of

R1000 per screen repair.

iCare Plus for iPhone 12 Pro Max Including Battery Replacement

Subscription to extend your warranty by an additional 12 months. This also includes 2 screen repairs for the subscription year, with a service fee of

R1000 per screen repair and 1 battery replacement, with a service fee of R500

Terms & Conditions

Product will only be activated and billed once in-store diagnostic ( Screen, battery and internal all pass for product to be activated)

Only two breakage instances screens per subscription year

Only one battery breakage instance per subscription year (Only applicable to iCare Plus with Battery Replacement)

Auto renewable annually unless cancelled by customer

iStore retains the right to update pricing based on significant fluctuations in economic indicators such as inflation and foreign exchange

For replacement to take place on battery it must be below 80% battery capacity

Customer can cancel the product at any stage, the subscription will be cancelled on the day of your next billing

Once you have cancelled the policy no further claims will be accepted on this service

Once off service fee will be applicable on all claim instances as per the schedule provided

No liquid damage

Purchase of Screen protection can take place 14 days after purchase with no assessment required
