Terms and conditions

  • The value of a deposit will be a percentage of the price of the product and may vary by product.
  • Customers who have made a deposit on their pre-order or back-order will have priority access when new stock arrives after full payment orders have been fulfilled.
  • Customers will receive a notification via email and be directed to the website to pay the balance of their order and will only be able to do so through their account panel on the website. Customers prompted to pay the balance any other way should check with iStore.
  • Once recieved the email prompting you to pay the balance, payment needs to be made within 24 hours. After 24 hours has passed, the next group of customers will be alerted and given the oppurtunity to pay the remainder of the balance and secure the stock.
  • Once the balance is paid it doesn’t guarantee your order will be fulfilled immediately. Customers will be pushed up the priority list and the order will be dispatched when it becomes available.
  • Standard refund terms apply to deposit orders.
