Speaker Series: Get fit enough to run your first 5km in a month with Apple Watch HIIT workout with Mapule Ndhlovu
Join Mapule ‘Queenfitnass’ Ndhlovu, a well-known personal trainer and health coach for a 45 minute HIIT (High-intensity interval training) workout session designed to help you get fit and achieve your first 5km run within a month. The session will consist of a warm-up, 10 sets of 40-second exercises with a 20-second rest in between, followed by a cool down - these exercises will condition you to run better. You will also learn about using your Apple Watch to monitor your heart rate and close your activity rings.
