Step 4: Courier collection

A courier will be sent to collect your unit within 3 working days of activating the kit.

Step 5: Trade-in Centre diagnostics

Following a hands on diagnostics assessment at our Trade-In Centre, you’ll be offered a final value to accept.

Step 6: Final Trade-in

A credit to your card or an iStore Gift card will be issued within 3 working days of accepting your Final Trade-In value.
