Before your free iCare term expires (24 months), you will have the opportunity to purchase a warranty extension. To activate the iPhone iCare Extension Subscription, you must undergo an in-store assessment after registering for the subscription extension product in order to activate it.

How will my iCare Extension Subscription be activated?
Your subscription will be activated once an in-store diagnostic is conducted and passes the assessment criteria for the screen, battery, and internal components of your device.

How many screen breakages are covered by the subscription in a year?
If you purchase the iCarePlus extension product, there are 2 screen breakages covered per subscription year.

The battery must have a capacity below 80% for a replacement to take place.

What is the refund policy?
iStore is committed to promptly refunding iCare subscriptions within 14 days from the date the customer receives the new iCare subscription invoice. The refund will be issued based on the original payment method used for the purchase of the products.
Refund Processing Time: PayU Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect back in the account from which the payment was made.
Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund for your iCare subscription only if the cancellation is requested within 14 days of your most recent billed invoice. -
